1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Dev in Poker ("platform"), available at devinpoker.com and app.devinpoker.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any term, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Dev in Poker is an online planning poker platform that allows agile teams to estimate tasks collaboratively in real time. The service includes company creation, team management, voting sessions and estimation history.

3. Registration and account

  • Access to the platform requires authentication via a Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
  • Each person should have only one account on the platform.

4. Plans and payments

  • Dev in Poker offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans with additional features.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the billing dashboard.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations before the end of the billing period, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable use

By using the platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Submit malicious, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the service without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content, including brand, design, code and text, is the property of Dev in Poker or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior authorization.

Data and content you create on the platform (task names, sessions, etc.) remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process and display this data as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

Dev in Poker is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. After termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the user's domicile, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
